I understand and agree that John Nicoll is a practitioner of Brennan Healing Science, but not a Physician, Nutritionist, Psychotherapist, or other licensed professional. I understand his advice, coaching, consultations, healing sessions, and courses are offered to supplement Western and Traditional medical protocols.
By registering for this online Course or any subsequent Course, I acknowledge my understanding that any and all information provided via this Website is for informational purposes only. I understand and agree that nothing on this Website is intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to consult my licensed health care provider before taking any actions based on the information provided in this course. I agree that I am 100% responsible for my own health and healing and to hold Health Insights LLC and John Nicoll harmless in perpetuity for any actions I may take based on the information contained in this course.

Registrant shall not be authorized to use any of Company’s intellectual property for Registrant’s business purposes. Registrant shall not be authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from Company electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of the Company. All intellectual property, including Company’s copyrighted course materials, shall remain the sole property of the Company. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied.
